When you want to delete a specific tool, you will have to delete the whole project. This will remove all of the other campaigns set up in the Project.
So let’s say you want to delete Social Tracker. When you delete the Project you will also be deleting the Social Poster, Backlink Audit, or any other tools that are also in that project.
Projects cannot be recovered once they are deleted so it's important to be careful when deleting a project. Only delete a project if you are 100 percent sure because all of your data will be gone forever.
The limit of social profiles for monitoring you can have depends on your subscription level.
Semrush Social Stand-alone Subscription has a limit of 50 social profiles for monitoring.
Semrush Social + Pro subscription has a limit of 50 social profiles for monitoring.
Semrush Social + Guru subscription has a limit of 100 social profiles for monitoring.
Semrush Social + Business subscription has a limit of 300 social profiles for monitoring.
Social profiles for monitoring are the profiles of your brand and your competitors you are tracking within your Tracker Project.
Let's say you have created a Social Tracker project in which you are only tracking Facebook and Twitter. If you were to add two competitors who both have Facebook and Twitter, you would have used up six profiles.
Each competitor would have two profiles, along with the two profiles you added for your own domain, to give you a total of six profiles.
Please note: After April 2018, due to changes to Instagram's API, we no longer support tracking personal Instagram accounts. If you have a campaign that tracked an Instagram account from before April 2018, you will still be able to see your data from before April 2018 if you adjust the time range.
