Challenge

Axcet HR came to Rank Fuse in June of 2023 looking to boost organic rankings with a strategic off-page SEO plan. To provide the most value, we wanted to target bottom-of-the-funnel keywords that produce the highest-quality leads. In addition, we wanted to provide backlinks that get visits, leading to increased website traffic. The biggest challenge was finding reputable websites that made sense for the niche audience of Axcet HR: small businesses needing external HR resources.

Solution

Originally, our main concern was increasing rankings on the high-value keywords that mean the most for new business prospects. We started with reaching out to our off-page SEO partners to find websites that are relevant to Axcet HR’s audience and choosing keywords that provide Axcet HR with the most promise for attaining new clients. These keywords were core terms containing PEO-related phrasing specific to their location. We were able to increase rankings, earning 107 top 3 rankings on Google.

Result

In less than a year, we were able to increase visibility on these core keywords by 10.32%, and we brought 107 high-value keywords into the top 3 rankings!

Challenge

The Roasterie felt like their current ad campaigns were not performing at a high level, and their current agency was not providing the level of optimizations and reporting insights to confidently turn things around. For added pressure, Q4 was just a few months away, and any new approaches and campaigns had to be built quickly. If not, there was a potential opportunity lost during the holiday shopping season.

Solution

After finding and sharing some simple and silly mistakes in their Google Ads campaigns, we upgraded their Shopify store to improve the Google Merchant feed. We rebuilt the local brick-and-mortar campaigns and a new Pmax shopping campaign. We also fixed conversion tracking issues with the new GA4. After we took over, things got better quickly. Their cost per store visit dropped from $11.50 to $4.50. In four months, we brought them into the black for the first time.

Result

The Roasterie saw a cost reduction of $7 for in-store visit conversions. The ROAS for our campaigns was 260%.

Challenge

IBT Inc. was looking for a faster, more responsive website that would improve the SEO performance of the website, while also updating to a more modern design that would better showcase their brands and products with more motion and animation.

Solution

We reimaged a new design and built their website with a lightweight WordPress theme and Elementor. The WordPress CMS was better adapted for UX than the previous design. Additionally, their SEO core web vitals were better and faster than their previous system.

Result

The new website increased organic search sessions by 52% during the first 30 days of the site launch. Additionally, the site saw a 45% increase in organic SERP impressions.
